Scorpions
How to Keep Scorpions Away from Your Home
Our most popular scorpion repellent is our cedar granules. These are not your basic wood cedar chips from the hardware store. They are extremely potent red cedar heartwood granules from aged red cedar trees. Apply a two foot wide band beside the home foundation as a scorpion repellent or sprinkle them throughout the yard to repel insects, rodents and venomous snakes. One bag of granules covers 1,500 square feet. If your yard is of average size (approx. 5,000 to 6,000 sq. ft.), you’ll need about three to four ten pound bags. These granules contain high concentrates of aromatic red cedar oil which is offensive to insects. Click here to shop for products to repel scorpions outdoors.
